Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor services and manage network events at the first level.
• Assess and analyze trends from internal NOC operations.
• Resolve incidents at the first level and escalate when necessary.
• Track and manage security incidents.
• Initiate problem management and assist in corrective maintenance execution.
• Continuously monitor automation use cases and improve accuracy over time.

Requirements:

To apply for this role, candidates should have:

• Familiarity with Ericsson RAN management is a plus.
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks.
